SUMMARY:Symphony for Our World
DESCRIPTION:Classic Series II \nSymphony for Our World \nOctober 30\, 2021 7:30pm \nSymphony for Our World combines National Geographic’s stunning visuals with an original score by Emmy- and BAFTA-nominated Bleeding Fingers Music\, performed by your Symphony of Southeast Texas. \nBeginning in the depths of our mysterious seas\, we emerge onto stormy shores\, take in vast landscapes and evolving ecosystems\, rise to desolate mountain peaks and soar to great heights with stunning views of the pale blue dot we call home. This moving experience takes audiences on a breathtaking journey through a variety of wondrously wild ecosystems\, each accompanied by its own orchestral movement and including intimate portraits of wildlife. Awe-inspiring music and visuals tell a story of the complex yet fragile nature of the fascinating and wondrous ecosystems that allow us to survive and thrive together. \nSymphony for Our World creates a chorus of celebration in honor of Earth\, reminding us why it’s vitally important to conserve\, protect\, and preserve all of our planet’s resources. It is a powerful\, and timely\, tribute to the beauty and wonders of our world. \nChelsea Tipton II\, Conductor \n  \nAbout the Composer \nBleeding Fingers Music is a composer collective founded in 2013 by Hans Zimmer and Extreme Music to create original film and television score.
