We regret to announce that the weather conditions of this week force us to move our concert at Shangri La Gardens to the designated rain site of The Lutcher Theater.
In the true spirit of this great collaboration, our team is working together to make this experience as comparable as possible.
The Lutcher will be decorated with pumpkins, hay bales, and everything we enjoy from the Gardens. There will also be a slide show featuring all of the Scarecrow Festival entries, and much more.
Event details are as follows:
Shangri La Gardens will open from 1:00 until 4:00 pm, free of charge. People are welcome to bring their picnics and eat on the lawns.
Concert will start promptly at 5:00 in the Lutcher Theater.
For those who purchased bus tickets separately, the bus will leave The Event Centre promptly at 3:30 and will take everyone directly to the Lutcher Theater.
All tickets already purchased will be honored at the Theater.
