The Symphony of Southeast Texas is excited to announce our Holiday concert of the 2020-21 season, Soundscapes. We are proud to welcome back Emmy Award Winners and Billboard #1 Recording Artists, The Texas Tenors, as they sleigh ride back into Beaumont with their heartwarming holiday concert “Deep in the Heart of Christmas!”
Maestro Chelsea Tipton II will lead the SOST orchestra at 7:30pm on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at the Beaumont Civic Center. From seasonal favorites like “O Holy Night” and “Joy to the World” to crowd-pleaser “God Bless the USA,” The Texas Tenors bring a unique blend of music to the stage with thrilling harmonies and award-winning arrangements.

Due to COVID guidelines, seating capacity is limited. Each group/family will have 2 seats between them and every other row is marked off. Masks are required, and there will be no intermission. We hope you can join us for a fun, safe evening of joyous music!
The Symphony of Southeast Texas, embarking on its 68th season, is a regional, professional orchestra based in Beaumont, Texas. The Symphony performs a number of subscription concerts, educational programs and other concerts throughout Southeast Texas each year. SOST’s home base is the Julie Rogers Theatre in downtown Beaumont, but due to COVID restrictions other options may be used this season. The orchestra is composed of local musicians from Beaumont vicinity, as well as many musicians from the Houston and Lake Charles areas. Selections from the upcoming season include everything from Gershwin and Bach to Broadway favorites.
