The music of Billy Joel and Elton John are classic pop standards of our generation. While it would be great to bring both superstars to play with our orchestra, we are featuring the music of Jeans ‘n Classics as a great alternative.
I have performed with this group last year in New Haven, CT and they rocked our concerts to standing ovations. Jean Meilleur and John Regan are masters at interpreting this time loved music and developed a show I know you’ll enjoy.
I know that so many of the original songs hold special memories for me during those college years. I’m hopeful these tunes will bring back great memories, when you’re not tapping your foot and helping us rock the Julie Rogers Theatre.
The arrangements are superb, the artistry is the next best thing to having Elton and Billy with us, and most importantly, give everyone another example of the great variety of music we strive to bring to you with your SOST!
