The Symphony of Southeast Texas announces auditions for Principal Trumpet, to be held in Beaumont, Texas, on Saturday, June 21.
AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: PLEASE EMAIL FOR EXCERPT LIST AND AUDITION REQUIREMENTS.

The Symphony of Southeast Texas, embarking on its 73rd season, is a regional, per-service professional orchestra based in Beaumont, Texas. The Symphony performs a number of subscription, run-out, and educational concerts each year for the greater Southeast Texas area, making its home at the Julie Rogers Theatre in downtown Beaumont. Our orchestra is composed of local musicians from the Beaumont area, as well as many musicians from the Houston and Lake Charles areas. Selections from the upcoming season include: Marquez—Danzon No. 9, Ravel—Bolero, Shostakovich—Cello Concerto No. 1, Beethoven—Synthetic Symphony, Schumann—Symphony No. 2, Gershwin—Concerto in F, Verdi—La Forza Del Destino, Rutter—Feel the Spirit, and Respighi—Pines of Rome and Pops performances with Cirque de la Symphonie, and Carpathia Jenkins with Aretha: A Tribute.
