Daniel Emmet Bio
A Finalist on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, Daniel Emmet is best known for taking on the “impossible challenge” levied by Simon Cowell; to learn a brand-new song in Italian, in one hour, and then perform it live on national television! It was a spellbinding moment that, as in all of Daniel’s AGT performances, brought the judges and America to their feet in fervent applause. Daniel’s run on AGT was sensational, culminating in his command performance in the finale of the season, a stunning duet with Plácido Domingo.
Redefining what it means to be a crossover artist, Daniel possesses an addictive, intoxicating, fresh voice that is unique; bursting with operatic power, yet mellowed by pop sensitivity, that once heard is never to be forgotten. Known for his wide range of expression that spans the musical genres from rock to pop, to opera, all the while singing in seven languages, it is an experience that will leave you absolutely breathless. Fans from all over the world are abuzz with praise for this new sensation, winning their hearts not only with his signature, powerhouse vocals, but also with his infectious smile, boyish charm, and sense of humor. It’s not surprising that he is often referred to as “the gateway drug to classical music”.
Since his 2018 appearances on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, Daniel has released his acclaimed single “True Reflection” which debuted at #1 on the iTunes Classical Chart, and in addition, Daniel debuted on the Las Vegas strip as a headliner at Caesars Palace for the exclusive run of his show “All That I Am”. His latest recording, a duet of the classic hit “The Prayer” with Marie Osmond, is featured on her new album, “Unexpected”, that debuted at #1 on the Billboard Classical Crossover Charts. He has appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show; on PBS as a part of the historic concert special, “Pavlo: Live in Santorini;” was featured on Marie Osmond’s national Symphonic Christmas Tour, appeared on the first season of the CW network’s hit summer series, “The Big Stage;” featured on Lifetime TV in the movie “A Fiancé for Christmas;” most recently toured with 16x Grammy Winner David Foster, and can currently be seen performing his own symphonic concerts around the country.
